• Pipe kit length included with Wall unit are 5 M (From 18000 to 36000)
• Pipe kit length included with Wall unit are 3.5 M (for 12000)
• Pipe kit length included with Cassette & Floor standing unit are 7.5 M
• Extra pipe kit per meter: 6.000 KD

Removal and Fixing Charges:

• Removing old wall units & fixing on the same House per unit: 35.000 KD

Note:

Air conditioning units’ warranty (wall / cassette / Free stand) includes 1 year full & 5 years for the compressor starting from the date of operation, with the possibility of an additional warranty according to the terms and conditions.

Installation Policy:

• No additional civil work will be undertaken, such as chipping, welding frames, cutting glass or aluminum, or creating core holes in the ceiling and beams.
• Drains will not be connected to the main drain, as this is considered plumbing work.
• New units will not be installed on old pipes. If the customer insists on using old pipes, no responsibility will be taken for any cooling issues.
• Outdoor units will not be hung on Tabouk (White Blocks).
• Outdoor units will not be hung at a height exceeding 3 meters.
• No liability will be accepted for broken or blocked pipes, or for modifying decor after pipes are fixed in good condition.
• No liability will be accepted if the customer operates the inverter unit using a generator, as this will void the warranty.
• The power unit must be arranged close to the indoor unit for single-phase systems and near the outdoor unit for three-phase systems.
