Policy for Installation

• Company will not do any additional work like (civil work chipping – welding frame- cutting glass and aluminum- core hole in celling and beams).
• Company will not connect any drain to main hole this is plumbing job.
• Company will not fix the new set on old pipe if customer insist company will not be responsible for the cooling.
• Company will not hang the outdoor unit on White Blocks (Tabouk ).
• Company will not hang outdoor unit more than 3 Mt height.
• Company will not be responsible about broken pipes or blocked pipes or bringing or changing décor level after fixing the pipes in good condition.
• Company will not be responsible if the customer starts the inverter unit on generator. No Warranty.
• Customer must arrange the power point next to indoor if it signal phase and next to outdoor if its 3 Phase.
